Residenza Delle Arti Rome

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent for exploring the city. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and giving us useful tips on getting around. the breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day off right.

the noise from the street traffic was constant, both during the day and at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and even an espresso and cappuccino maker available all day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right on a main street near a bridge that provided easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Additionally, it was close to the vibrant Trastevere area and within walking distance of everything worth seeing in the city.

Ursula's hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly special. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the Trastevere neighborhood and its proximity to attractions. A truly memorable stay!

Great location, close to all the major sights in Rome. Fantastic breakfast with a variety of fresh pastries, fruit, and cheeses. Coffee/tea/snacks available all day. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Close to tube station and Kensington Palace. Convenient location for exploring the city. Friendly staff and easy luggage storage. Nice touch with complimentary water in reception

Not one thing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great dining options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the bustling street below. The staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. it was excellent value for money.

We were able to easily explore all the main sights as they were within close proximity. There were also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The street entrance to the hotel was a bit narrow, which could be a slight inconvenience.
